Since my appearance on The Price is Right, things have really been slow and pretty non-exciting. Not a lot to report, and even the best I can do on Twitter is the occasional tweet here and there.
The next few weeks are shaping up to be interesting, and to get ready, I am ducking out of town to go to San Jose with Tara, Leslie, and Daniel. I had put off the actual decision making for awhile pending my work schedule, but yesterday decided that I needed to get away. Granted, I wish I was taking advantage of the low fares to New Zealand, but I couldn’t even afford to get a plane ticket to Northern California. I also wanted to have the time in the car with my own thoughts and enjoying some tunes. It should be a fun quick getaway.
My list of want-to-travel locations is getting rather lengthy and I think I need to start going places. Hopefully the money situation will improve or the Royal Geographic Society starts funding me.
