Finally! After 22 years, they are finally releasing the lost scenes from Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me on the Massive Twin Peaks: The Complete Mystery Blu-Ray set on July 29. I remember when the movie came out they were already talking about how the movie really was 4 hours long and so many great moments with the Cast were left on the cutting room floor for the theatrical release. I can’t wait to see the whole thing. There is also talk of a series epilogue that was filmed recently for the set. Among other features I am excited about: Promos, Log Lady Intros, deleted scenes, and re-mastered picture quality of the series. I’ll admit, I own the original Season Sets and the Gold Box set of the series, and I will be pre-ordering the Blu-Ray as well..
When I watch the preview of the deleted scenes I get so giddy and excited, but at the same time I think of all the actors who were in the TV show and movie that are no longer around.
