Despite a brief rainstorm a couple of weeks ago, there had been a lack of significant rainfall for almost a year here in California. This week, the weather people Re forecasting a real gully washer. In real LA fashion people are now worried about traffic delays and mudslides instead of the fact we might not have drinking water if this drought keeps going.
As much as I want to believe I need to build an ark, I’ll believe we are going to have heavy rain when I see it fall from the sky and the streets flood!
Maybe I’ll take my umbrella to work just in case…
