I thought long and hard about what type of bike I should get to replace my old 12 speed Schwinn from the 1980s and the bike I bought at Target in the early 1990s. I really haven’t ridden a bike regularly since I left college, but with the many bike trails around Southern California and the fact I live not that far from work, it made sense to get a road bike. The Bianchi was a beautiful bike that was a bit more than I wanted to spend but the reviews were great and it was on sale at a price I would likely never see again. Very happy to have it and look forward to riding it!
