v19.3: Trip Diaries from French Polynesia

Finally! I have put the Trip Diaries up from French Polynesia. They are not quite finished, I still need to add descriptions to Chapters 4-6, but I should get that done by next week. The diaries will hit the mobile and PDA sites soon as well.
