v30.9 – Trip Diary Design Change

Purchased a new template on June 1 that will eventually roll out to the entire site. The template is called Sitka by Solo Pine and after an exhausted multi-year search, its the one I selected – primarily for the look of the travel example they had on the site.

While I have pushed the new design live to help fine tune it (sorry I don’t have a test server), there is still a lot more work to be done. I have spent the last few days adding featured images to the diaries starting with the Caribbean and working backwards (currently a portion of the way through Europe 2007). I also added the long-forgotten Utah 2013 road trip. More to come in the next two weeks as I continue to add feature images as well as the numerous blogs from 2015-2016 and 2019.
